NVLD Fitness is completely unique to any other training experience I have ever had, with precision planning to programs that are tailored to improve strength & conditioning, whatever your level of fitness. I love that classes are capped at ten people, meaning I can still have a completely personalized experience, but also feel part of an inclusive community. NVLD have incredible coaches who are experts in human movement, and fuelled by positivity and a complete perfectionist when teaching correct techniques. I feel like it’s Perth’s best-kept fitness secret.

I needed a place to train where I could feel welcomed, safe, laugh, and be given the opportunity to push when needed or rest when I didn’t. The people at NVLD are there to support you and help you to find the person you want to become physically and emotionally. Hats off to the coaches for creating such an epic space. This gym is like no other. I have been training at NVLD for a few months and have come to love it. Recently I went travelling and sampled many Crossfit style gyms along the way. A few sessions quickly gave me a new perspective on how special NVLD is. Nowhere else did I find the personal attention, depth of programming, or community vibes that I get from NVLD. This is a very common thought. We all have to start somewhere, we teach our athletes not to be afraid to be a beginner, rest assured our community is very supportive of each other.
Every movement and workout is scalable, There are regressions and progressions to everything we do. We love beginners and probably prefer it, because we know it will change your life.
If you are new or have been out of the game for a while we ask that you do at least 1 assessment session with one of our trainers before you jump straight into a group session. This is so that we can assess, address and progress you through our movement standards to set you up for success from the very start.

No lock-in contracts, it’s simply month by month. You choose how to pay: either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Of course, holidays, work commitments, injured, things happen. Just let us know at least 2 weeks before the paused date and we will do the rest. Paused membership can only be a minimum of 4 weeks and up to 8 weeks, anything longer would be deemed as a cancellation. Don't worry there are no cancellation fees. Of course, you can come back and renew your membership at any time.

To cancel membership simply email codie.nlfitness@gmail.com 2 weeks prior to when you would like to stop training with us. Once the request has been sent, we will do the rest.
